About Us

Samvida Legal is a platform to provide legal services mainly in the field of documentation and advisory. This Platform has been set up by its founder Mr. Anurag K. Shukla who has a vast experience spanning over 24 years in legal field. He is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. Initially, he handled core litigation for 9 years as an Advocate. During his practice, he represented individuals as well as large corporate entities such as LIC, ACC Ltd, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Philips India etc. Thereafter, he headed legal department of reputed companies in BFSI sector for 15 years. In his corporate journey, he worked as DGM-Legal at Asset Reconstruction Company India Ltd. (ARCIL); thereafter, as EVP & Head-Legal with Kotak Life Insurance (with additional charge of Kotak Mutual Fund) and then he worked as EVP & Head-Legal at SBI Life Insurance.

The team of Samvida Legal consists of young and motivated legal professionals who are trained in handling documentation and advisory work. The team works under overall guidance of the Founder.
